Glimpses...

I had the best Egg Tart, "Dan Tart" this weekend. It's at Golden Gate Bakery in Chinatown. Crisp, fluffy crust on the outside and soft, warm yellow stuffing on the inside. It was better than those in HK imo. That's saying a lot. :) I also found a really good deli in North Beach. I think it's called Molinari Deli. Reminds me of Italy. I know, not quite Italy, but hey, it's decent. See, that's what's so great about this city. I can get a sandwich w/ prosciutto and salami, drink some limonata, chill and people watch at Washington Square, then head over to Chinatown for some egg tarts fresh out of the oven for dessert. Very thankful.
