So about these posts...It's interesting cuz I'm assuming the people who will read this are probably people who I can meet face to face. So why do we all resort to expressing our deepest thoughts indirectly? On top of that, I think the conversations I have over IM have rivaled the conversations I've had in "meatspace". So what does this mean? Heck, I don't know. Maybe these indirect communications will deepen our friendships in the real world. I just hope we can all meet face to face and have a pleasant talk over cups of coffee (or cans of squirt, depending on the frequency of our Costco visits...) I'm still interested in how people interact with each other, whether by blog, email, IM, phone, snail mail, or face to face. Kinda fascinating to see which channel we choose to express the different levels of our experiences and feelings. Do we expect others to read our blogs? And if we do, do we write our blogs with specific people in mind? Do we take pleasure secretly reading other people's blogs, and then pretending that we didn't in real life? Do we say things in blogs or IM that we normally wouldn't say to each other in person? Did I ask one question too many? Yeah I did.
